Owner of Flowcraft's technical infrastructure and systems. Responsible for keeping the platform operational, secure, and available: servers, uptime, access control, monitoring, and continuity. You own the cloud environment and ensure that infrastructure and new systems meet security and data standards — without needing corporate bureaucracy to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the technical infrastructure: servers, environments, deployments, and uptime.
• Own the cloud environment: GCP, Supabase multi-project, RLS, CI/CD, observability, and operational continuity.
• Define, implement, and maintain security policies: identity and access management, secrets handling, backups, and incident recovery.
• Ensure that infrastructure and new systems meet security, data, and compliance standards.
• Define monitoring, alerting, and scalability standards for the team's systems.
• Administer integrations between internal and external systems at the infrastructure and secure connectivity level.
• Document and maintain operational procedures, security policies, and incident response playbooks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in systems administration, infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, or equivalent production roles.
• Solid experience administering cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable): Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, networking, pipelines, and observability.
• Real operational experience with Postgres/Supabase, including RLS, access management, and multi-tenant schemas.
• Mastery of CI/CD, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience implementing security policies: identity and access management, secrets handling, backups, and operational continuity.
• Fluent technical English (documentation, international vendors).

Nice to have

• Cloud or security certifications (GCP, AWS, CISSP, CKA, or equivalents).
• Experience with n8n or other automation platforms.
• Experience working with LLMs, the Claude API, or agents in production.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or marketplaces.
• Experience leading small teams (2–4 people).
